Nachdem Sie sich auf www.admin.bianalytics.cloud/register registriert haben, finden Sie eine Auswahl aller verfügabren Datenquellen, oder Connections. Sie können für jede Connection mehrere Konten hinterlegen, sollten Sie beispielsweise mehrere Google Accounts verwalten. Anschließend erhalten Sie im Bereich Data Zugriff auf alle in dem Quellsystem verfügbaren Berichte. Sie können nun diese Berichte ad-hoc analysieren oder neue Views für die vorhandenen Berichte erstellen. Dabei werden keine Daten dupliziert, das bedeutet Ihre Daten bleiben sicher in ihrer Quelle und die von Ihnen erstellen Views sind immer topaktuell!

Haben Sie Ihre Berichte und Views erstellt, können Sie diese zu einem Dashboard zusammenfügen. Wir verstehen ein Dashboard nicht nur als Kacheln auf einer Oberfläche, sondern als interaktive Website mit variablen Inhalten. Daher enthält biAnalytics Web einen kompletten CMS Bereich, in dem Sie neben klassischen Dashboards auch eigene Content Pages, zum Beispiel für Blogartikel erstellen können.

Beim Erstellen von Dashboards haben Sie die maximale Flexibilität. Sie können selbst bestimmen welche Daten und Datenquellen in Ihrem Dashboard enthalten sein sollen und wie diese visualisiert werden sollen.

biAnalytics is based on the unique open bi technology, which enables data from any data source to be linked with one another. In the process, data always remains in its source and is passed on in real time. As a result, it is possible to link different kinds of saved data with one another, for example relational data with non-relational data. You can even go one step further and calculate your own KPIs from data from different data sources – in real time!

Our complete infrastructure is hosted in a German data centre in Düsseldorf certified in accordance with ISO 27001. It is subject to the German Data Protection Act and is operated with quality hardware from Hewlett Packard.

If you still use extremely slow data sources or do not have your own database, you can benefit from our own high-performance in-memory database. Each organisation receives 1 gigabyte of memory in the in-memory database for free upon registration. You can also set up additional memory at any time.
